Orion Prosper Lakes Apartments

Me and my Wife have lived here for a year and a half. During our time spent here, I can genuinely say that Mrs. Candy and Mrs. Vivian (the ladies in the front office) have been absolutely stellar. We have only put in 3 maintenance request in our time here, 1. A light bulb blew out. 2. Our toilet kept running. 3. Stovetop was acting up. —— All maintenance request were completed the same day they were put in, and the maintenance team was very respectful of our home, and making sure not to let our animals escape the house. ( one even left a note on our door saying the dog was a extremely good boy! ) —— the landscaping is on the A Game, always looking pristine! —— the Walls here in Orion prosper lakes must be made of solid steel because (on the second floor) you won’t ever hear your neighbors

Orion Prosper Lake Apartments is a beautiful and quiet community perfect for modern living. The apartments are spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed with great attention to detail. 🌅🏡 The swimming pool is always well-maintained, and the gym is fully equipped — ideal for staying active without leaving home. 💪🏊‍♂️ The staff are friendly, professional, and quick to assist with any requests, which makes the experience even better. The location is excellent — close to shops, restaurants, and major roads — yet calm enough to enjoy peaceful evenings by the lake. Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a touch of luxury in Dallas! 🌟

My tour experience was absolutely wonderful! Joyce was incredibly kind, attentive, and supportive during the entire tour. She explained everything clearly and made me feel very comfortable and welcomed. The apartments were beautiful and well presented, and thanks to her professionalism the whole experience was pleasant, easy, and memorable. I truly appreciated her dedication and excellent service. 😊

For my few visits going to the Propser Lake Apartments, it’s a very beautiful place to live in and I have to say the office employees are incredible. Including Ms. Vivian. She is a professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about the residents. She is always responsive, communicates clearly, and goes above and beyond to make sure issues are handled quickly and correctly. Vivian creates a welcoming atmosphere in the office and makes the entire leasing and living experience smooth and stress-free. The property is lucky to have her—she truly sets the standard for excellent management and customer service.
