Orchard Apartments Review This is one of the best residential communities I’ve ever lived in. From the moment I came in to tour the apartment to moving in just a week later, the staff has been incredibly accommodating and attentive to my needs. The location is great — about a 37-minute drive to Boston — which makes commuting very manageable. The apartments are also noticeably larger than many of the other places I toured, which was a huge plus for me. The staff is super easy to work with, professional, and they get things done as quickly as humanly possible. That level of service really makes a difference. I had a great experience living at Orchard Apartments. The staff is friendly, professional, and always helpful. The property is very clean, and the apartments are modern and well maintained. Maintenance service. Overall, it is a great place to live and I would definitely recommend it.

I lived at The Orchards Apartments for 3 years and unfortunately had a very difficult experience. The maintenance team was consistently slow with important repairs. During our time there, we experienced multiple serious leaks. Including one in the bathroom that caused water damage and mold. That bathroom leak took almost 5 months to fix. Another leak in our child's room required the wall to be opened for repairs, making the room unusable for about 2 months. The same issue recurred and was never fully resolved before we moved out. Additionally, the complex has a rat infestation, and residents were not informed. When dead rats were found outside our apartment, the response from management was dismissive. Arrived for a confirmed 10:00AM tour, leasing office was closed with sign saying they would be back at 10:00AM. My boyfriend and I waited until 10:30AM, I called the leasing office multiple times with no answer except an automated AI assistant. Extremely disappointed with our initial experience and have seen multiple reviews saying management is subpar.
