Orchard Hills Apartments

My fiancé and I have lived here almost 9 years. The newer team in the office including maintenance are wonderful. They are always quick to answer any questions and even schedule work orders which is nice with us working an odd shift. Our deadbolt got stuck one time and we were locked inside we contacted the emergency maintenance line and Scott saved the day! The community is nice and neighbors are friendly. We had inspections a few months ago and Michaela mentioned getting our flooring replaced and she got that scheduled for us so we are super excited about that! Heather, Hannah, and Michaela are the sweetest.

I absolutely love it here! I’ve only been here a month so far and the leasing mgmt is the best!!! Swift handling on maintenance orders! Check in calls and everything! The apartment is absolutely bomb!!! Like love love love it!!!! I got to decorate it the way I want and it feels like such a vibe! The neighbors are nice and not too loud. Mikayla & Hannah are the absolute best! They are so kind and thoughtful! Went in to get my gym knob fixed, forgot about it and just so happened to be near the office and Hannah was like “ already took care of it for you!” Like they make me feel so at home and so cared for and I honestly needed that with the year that I’ve had. I’m very grateful. Thank you again.

I have lived here twice and I cannot say enough about the office staff and the maintenance staff! Hannah, Heather, and Scott are awesome! So on top of everything! The amenities are top notch and so clean! I appreciate this place and this staff and as far as apartments go this place is everything!

I lived here probably 3 years. The 1st 2 apartments weren't bad but then they were purchased by a new company. The last apartment I moved too smelled so strong of smoke they had to air out my apartment and didnt do anything else. My upstairs neighbors were getting high all the time and letting their dog pee all over my patio and would dump food everywhere. One time their toilet stopped up and caused water to go all throughout my apartment. So I paid the break lease fee and moved. 2 years later they are trying to say I owe them a grand for damages. They sent my bill to collections without ever calling me or emailing me. I left multiple messages explaining my situation and never heard anything. IF YOU HAVE A CHOICE DO NOT LIVE HERE.

I’d like to shoutout Jeff Johnson from Maintenance! His knowledge of maintenance speaks for itself. This property is in good hands under his leadership .
