Orchard Apartments

The maintenance guy Dante is super friendly and nice. He come and helped get out a broken refrigerator and put in a new stainless steel refrigerator for me. He also helped me get into my bedroom which one of my kids locked and couldn’t get in. He put a door handle with no lock so that wont happen again.

This place is a hot mess people are letting their dogs 💩 in the snow and in people's parking space and not cleaning it up the snow is melting and the roaches are coming back with vengeance and I'm so ready to move it's not worth it and mold this building cracking everywhere roaches are in the walls there not leaving But I am. The electric half work im not putting no more maintenance requests 3 is times to many

I have been without a dishwasher for sometime now because they didn’t have the Correct hose. Dante came down just now got it up and running. He even cleaned out my filter. Very friendly very thorough. I appreciate his hard work and dedication to his job.

Christina Was amazing, she helped us through the whole process of filling the app out and getting accepted. Its an amazing community and we look forward to living here for a while!

I have just recently moved in I had a couple issues with my apartment but as soon as I informed the owner maintenance was sent out the same day and when he came he fixed everything and resolved all my issues no problem the neighborhood is clean people an staff all are friends it’s not bad at all little by little I grow to love it here perfectly place for anyone to stay
