Ontario Village Apartments

This apartment is really pretty and quiet in a good neighborhood, best location. We were worry a lot before move in cause we rent the room from another state without seeing the apartment or the area. Lisa was really sweet and helpful. We got some problems to fix when we moved in, but the maintenance people are very polite, kind and nice. They took and action very fast everytime I requested maintenance. We love this apartment and happy to move here.

The manager Lisa is always available and quick with problem resolution with a friendly demeanor. I’ve never experienced any maintenance delays or issues. Rob is quick, efficient and eager to help. Rob has an awesome team. The apartments provide that quiet welcome cozy feeling. You’re assigned one parking spot but there are available spots off to the side of the complex for owners with more than one vehicle. I totally recommend this apartment complex.

My husband and I lived here for one year (2023-2024). He had toured before we signed a lease, and we both trusted this would be a good place to live. It was not terrible, but I wouldn't go back to live (believe me, we tried). The leasing office, as other people have pointed out, is difficult to reach. The maintenance guys bandaid everything, they never fix the underlying problem (for example, we had water leaking out of our light fixtures in our closet and the bathroom because someone must have flooded the bathroom upstairs. Instead of doing actual construction to prevent molding and other issues, they just came in to replace the light fixtures. Talk about a huge safety hasard). They continually sent out passive aggressive emails to tenants saying they were going to do this or do that, wh

I have.lived here since 2000. I think the current manager Lisa is the best. I've never experienced any delays in maintenance. All of my appliances have been replaced without a problem. No bugs or other infestations in all that time. Perhaps if people have had problems it may be due to their own lack of concern for other people's property. Parking may be a problem for some who have two vehicles. The complex was built in the late 50s with fewer cars owned by tenants and there is little room for expansion at the various buildings.

The Ontario Village Apartments rents several units to the Watertown Wolves hockey team. If you are unlucky enough to get an apartment anywhere near them, you will not be able to sleep at night. They are so obnoxiously loud. If you complain to the management, all they will tell you is to call the police. The management will do nothing to enforce the terms of the lease. Do not rent here if you value sleep. I complained directly to the team as well and they have no control over their players. The Watertown Wolves are an embarrassment to the community. Shame on them and shame on their owners.
