Bibiana is very friendly and takes care of the apts very wonderful the complex is very secure and quiet when you address any matience needs bibiana is right on it thankyou bibiana for every thing you do!!!!

Our friend just moved here. Little rough at night, two or three guys going throw on bikes but with a good dog in a lock looks like a solid place

I lived in Olive tree for 5 years prior to having to move for a job in the east valley. First two years were great - no issues. Then I started to have problems with roaches. After years of going back and forth with the complex, having my apartment sprayed constantly, and having the building bombed multiple times, I was still having issues. Several months before move out I got an email from the manager stating that one of the apartments below me had a massive infestation and the tenant was getting evicted. The email also stated they would be in touch with me about a more invasive treatment. Months went by and that never happened. Something really needs to be done as that is a major health violation. Other than this, no complaints!
