Olde Towne Village Apartments

Zero stars wasn’t an option. I am not usually one to post reviews at all especially negative reviews. This has been a devastating place to live. I am a nurse who cares for patients, a mother of 2 young children and I am also pregnant dealing with black mold found in the kitchen behind the dishwasher, bathroom and you can see spores on the outside of the house in the back. There has been a huge pest control issue since day one. My apartment is roach infested due to neighbors uncleanliness and has not been resolved for over a year now. There are now mice everywhere and that has been a recent addition too to the disaster of this situation. Do not move here. Please do not risk your safety and health for a cheaper rent. You know, I and many other residents would really appreciate if we could find an actual fix to the constant water issues. We have had 11 water shut offs in less than a month, so you can only imagine what it’s like being here longer than that. Maybe if the problems get fixed correctly this wouldn’t be an issue. Having to wonder daily, “oh I wonder if the water is going to be shut off in the place I LIVE EVERYDAY and PAY FOR” is getting SERIOUSLY IRRITATING.

My boyfriend and I have lived here for about a month now, and we love it. We just put in our first maintenance request for our toilet, and our maintenance guy, Arizona, was awesome! He came within an HOUR of the request being put in and politely announced himself when we came back from the grocery store (I had said I was okay with maintenance entering prior). He was very kind, personable, and quick! Thank you, Arizona!

I love this property! I toured with Barb and it was great! I would easily recommend this location for anyone looking for a sweet place with a GREAT Staff! The property manager seemed very polite and on top of things!

I love this place so much! My husband and I had a terrible experience at our last apartments that kind of left us in a hole. Jackson and Melanie in the front office were amazing in helping us not only get out of the hole but also to be able to get approved! They are so helpful and amazing here and they take care of their properties.
