Fairington Apartments of Clarksville

I really enjoyed when I came in and seen the apartment. Beverly was very, very attentive and sweet. I haven’t had my own home in a long time. I stood in the living room without Apartment and it felt like home. The people were very nice and everybody seemed very well Apartment the apartments were not well cap Beautiful outside surroundings. What more can be asked for I can’t wait to come on your team.

After three years, I am very happy with my home here at Fairington. The property is beautiful and well kept. The staff are friendly and always ready to help. Our office manager, Beverly, is a gem! She's always quick with a smile, and responds to questions and issues promptly. The maintenance staff, under new supervision, conduct regular maintenance and answer requests in a timely manner, even after hour emergencies. We also have a new property manager, who watches over all with a firm and friendly hand! The residents are also friendly and supportive and watch out for each other.

One of the worst mgmts, I’ve ever come across! My Mom has been a tenant for over a decade.and I want to take her on a 5 day vacation and she has the sweetest, quietest dog,s but Mgmt. Deborah won’t give a parking sticker to my cousin to watch the dog over night so her car won’t get towed, after Deborah, told her to do it because a tiny dog can’t be left alone at night! So is my Mother just to sit there and until death with no social life!!! My cousin watched the dog 5 days while she was in the hospital last yr, and never bothered anyone so why suddenly the discrimination?

Just moved in. Excited to be in my new home. Sharon from Carriage House and Sandra here at Fairington have been wonderful people to work with. This has been a blessing for me.

Called rental office needing assistance with my WASH the new manager answered my call and came to my rescue in just a few minutes. Pleasant exchange with the new manager seems like a good person
