Read and believe all of the 1 star reviews you see. -Deceptive walkthrough process -Unmanageable roach infestation -Unresponsive maintenance -Complaints against neighbors go unaddressed -Failed to provide a working mailbox for 7 months of my lease When I called for a walkthrough they showed me a newly renovated unit with new appliances/carpet/paint and THAT unit looked like it was worth the price point they were initially asking for (850/mo). However when I signed the lease they upped the price to 870/mo and the unit they gave me was nowhere close to the quality standard that the display unit was held to. Paint splatter all over the floors, dead roaches in the cabinets/stove, window springs broken, toilet and shower plumbing leaks. I spent the entire first month of my lease bringing t

The rent is listed at $765 but when you add in the little bit of utilities they "include" it ends up being over $900. You can't say something is INCLUDED if you charge for. The unit we toured had about 4 ceiling tiles missing from the bathroom where we could see leaking from the upstairs unit's plumbing. There should never be a drop ceiling in a bathroom, those tiles are porous & will soak up all the excess water & eventually you've got mold. Just stay away

Living at Courtyard Apartments was an incredibly frustrating experience. The property was always trashed, and the management clearly had no interest in maintaining it or addressing issues. The people above us constantly threw cigarette butts down in front of our window, and despite reaching out, nothing was ever done. The dog park was a mess daily—full of trash and never cleaned. When we asked about dog waste bags, we were told they were always stocked, but during our entire 3-month stay, the dispensers were always empty. It was just another example of how little effort they put into upkeep. Noise was another constant problem. Love this place. Clean, convenient and the staff is receptive & friendly. I was so worried about moving into an apartment after having my own home for so long but these people have been wonderful. The location allows me access to most of Clarksville from my wheelchair and my complex is very clean and it's safe. My cats love having the huge courtyard where they can roam and have other pets with whom they can play. My new neighbors are now my new friends including the staff here. All great at their jobs and haven't left me hanging waiting for them. Not once. So happy I chose to move here out of all the choices I had. Can't imagine feeling anymore content or comfortable. Such a bargain.
