I have lived here a little over a month and absolutely love it. The views are phenomenal- at any point in the building. It is well kept- and the ambiance and amenities are so nice. I rented out the sky terrace for my son’s birthday and it was spacious with a full kitchen and games for fun. The gym is top notch and never overly crowded. It’s so close to everything yet tucked away and I cannot wait to use the pool this summer. It really is an upscale lifestyle with key location and awesome people. I always feel safe and right at home. It’s quiet too. So happy to be here.

All the amenities and options make living here hotel-like. Maintenance issues are handled quickly and professionally. It is quiet inside the units and lively outside without being annoying. The leasing office staff is helpful and courteous. My only ask is that the have someone on at least one weekend day available, but I am sure that will come as the units fill up. Highly recommend!

I have had the pleasure of visiting my friends that live at current 812 and have attended several resident events and had such a great time. The staff is so professional and the events are always so much fun. The sky terrace is spectacular and the pool is like going to a luxury resort every time. If you haven’t had a chance to visit this amazing community I would highly recommend it.

Lovely apartment. Very spacious, and close to so many of our favorite local places. It has beautiful views and many amenities that you often can’t find in one complex. Only issue we have had is trash being picked up by trucks at 2 am banging around, a slight leak in our shower, and people not picking up after their dogs. Still would recommend this place to anyone as a place to live.

If your looking for a place to live with beautiful views and luxury amenities come take a tour of Current 812 in Clarksville, Indiana. My wife and I have been living here since May and absolutely love it. Ever since day 1 the staff has been absolutely awesome. They will answer every question you have in a timely fashion. And if you do encounter a problem with anything in your unit the maintenance staff are right on top it that day or the next. We downsized from a very large house and didn't really think I would like this kind living but in all honesty I love it and Current 812 made it happen.
