Bolt + Tie

We love living at Bolt and Tie! It’s the perfect location. You get the views and the convenience of downtown Louisville but get the small town feel being in the heart of Jeffersonville. It’s been the most perfect fit for us. Not to mention the management is amazing too! Would recommend to anyone.

The property is absolutely stunning and comes with some of the best views in southern Indiana! The color pallets in the apartments and common areas are exquisite to say the least! But most of all, the property manager, Kourtney is more than what her job merits! She approaches new residents with a balanced blend of professionalism and warm welcome. She goes above and beyond expectations to meet and work with the needs of her residents :-) it’s always a pleasure to see her in the lobby and I hope she is valued in her position! Bolt+Tie is fantastic, but Kourtney makes it a delight!

I love it here and you will too! This place is modern and sooo convenient to everything with plenty of parking. I love that it's a mixed-use space so I can simply head downstairs from my apartment and there's access to a brewery, pizza, a smoothie shop, a masseuse and stylists. Property management is super responsive and the views from the clubhouse and rooftop are absolutely beautiful!

I have the honor of being the first tenant at Bolt&Tie which was still under construction when I first moved in. From the beginning Jazmine, Kyle and Corey went out of their way to make sure I had everything I need. The process of moving in was simple, easy and the amenities this place offers is outstanding. It has a stylish/urban look in the main lobby with a roof top balcony overlooking downtown Louisville. A game room (which also overlooks the city) is available to tenants where you can take guest and relax. I consider my decision to lease a space with Bolt&Tie a very good one.

Very nice place clean atmosphere not only the upstairs apartment living but also the businesses I am a barber and one of the many barbershops in the building an it is excellent here.
