Please go somewhere else! This property is extremely disgusting and full of bugs and mold. The office does not care about the tenants or the cleanliness of the property. They charged me $273 a month with the rent on the app for utilities on a one bedroom and then wouldn’t wait for me to apply for rent assistance. Peoples belongings are strewn across the entire property for evictions and the trash areas are always full of furniture and homeless people come in the buildings and live under the stairs! The locks on the building doors do not work. Please find a better place to live. They refused to treat the whole building for bedbugs and evict you maliciously if you complain. The washers are always broken as well, and you have to pay for them. It’s a dangerous place.

This place is a joke. Maintenance half asses everything. There are roaches and the office staff doesn't do anything to help my ceiling leaked in 3 different spots in my bathroom from the people upstairs and they NEVER CAME to even look at it just said they fixed the toilet upstairs. The heaters dont work when they should and then turn on when you have it off..the toilet didn't flush it took me pouring a bucket of water Everytime to get it to flush their response..that's just apartment living..the fees they charge for utilities are outrageous for such little apartments my water bill was 140 every month I don't even pay that in my townhome I now have that has two bathrooms. I strongly advise against considering this property. The conditions here are unacceptable and far below any reasonable standard of living. Flooding in first-floor apartments is a recurring issue, and management shows little concern for the resulting damage. Rent is consistently higher than advertised, and tenants are subjected to numerous hidden fees—including charges for paying rent, parking their own vehicles, and even hosting visitors. Pest infestations are severe enough that residents are forced out of their units every two months for spraying, yet the problem persists. The laundry facilities are appalling, often inoperable for months at a time, and I personally witnessed unsanitary incidents that were never addressed. Didn't have my proper mail key for 7 months thanks to poor management. Also funny how we pay for pest control and yall post notes dated the wrong date to have service done, Seemed intentional. Avoid here at all costs. The Assistant Manager was horrible to work with. We had roaches for months! The pools were broken down for years. They never fixed the door entry system. Our heat went out in the middle of negative temperatures. Homeless live in the stair wells.
