Do not lease this place. I moved here from out of state, and it has turned into a nightmare. As soon as I moved in — as you can see in the photos — I discovered standing water in the washing machine, a dishwasher covered in lime buildup, unscrewed toilet lids, and damaged vinyl flooring. I submitted maintenance requests, but they told me I’d have to wait, ignoring the fact that the unit should have been delivered in proper working condition and should be fixed promptly. The territory manager, Tina, called me — without any apology — and said these are “expected issues” where families live! She promised to send maintenance the same day, but when I returned home, no one had shown up. On top of that, they hide a mandatory $110 internet fee in the contract, forcing tenants into an overpriced

This was a great place to live for the last six years. Was it perfect? No, but tell me where you can get perfect. The location is amazing, easy on and off freeway in a few directions. You're close to downtown and Farmington Station (and other places of course). It is a fairly quiet location, I'm sure it depends which end of the compound you're on. Tons of storage space in the kitchen was a huge bonus with a huge pantry, lots of cupboards, and a decent amount of counter space. Loved having a bathroom on the main floor so you can keep the bedrooms upstairs private. Some of the downsides: parking. Parking is one of the biggest reasons 4 stars instead of 5. I am extremely frustrated with this property and the ongoing issues that seem to arise every single year. It feels like there’s always something new going wrong, and the lack of consistent communication from management only makes matters worse. • Year 1: We were without electricity for an entire month because the wiring was dug up by a dog in the front yard. We had to use a vacant unit just to cook or do laundry. • Year 2: Our water heater went out, and we had to wait over a week just to get approval from the property to fix it. Once again, we had to rely on a vacant unit for basic needs. • This year: Our washer has been out for an extended period. We are now on our third washer in the past month, and the communication has been absolutely unacceptable. I was told maintenance would come on

Wish I could give zero stars. Have lived here for about 8 months and it's been nothing but TERRIBLE. Units are very poorly built, easy clogging pipes, kitchen laminate peeling all over, AC constantly freezing and won't work during the hot summer days. Literally ZERO parking, they expect us to park on the street during the winter months. Recently got back from a Weekend trip out of town and had our SUV parked infront of our garage not blocking any pathways unloading our bags, within 25 minutes of being parked the car was towed. Apparently they have a contract with a towing company and they must drive by every night, because we got home about 9:45pm and the car was towed at 10:07pm. Management refused to help the situation and we were forced to pay to get the car back from the towing compa

The property itself is all right. You can tell the units are pretty mass-produced, but it does its job. The real saving grace is Jesus, the maintenance guy. He's always super helpful and friendly. I've never seen him without a smile! I have high hopes for the new management as they have definitely helped us with issues the previous management left untouched.
