I'm greatful to have been able to move to this complex. Management works with you & really tries to help. Maintenance is pretty good at getting to you speedily + a nice, clean & renovated home. They are doing a great job at fixing & keeping up the complex. No complaints thus far 👌🏽

Hello my name is Shamika and I’m moving from Phoenix Arizona to Arkansas this property was one of the first properties I looked at ,when I met Mrs Lee she really made my move more easier and existing I’m so happy I met her and her staff her energy when she greeted me at the door was amazing. The way she loves and respects her tenants and property I would not give this place a second look. I immediately said I would love to be over here. Thank you, Mrs Lee, and staff for making my move a lot easier.😁

I’ve been in these apartments for about a year now and I’ve seen a lot of changes here. When they say they are going to do something they do it. They are so sweet and easy to talk to about anything. Ms Lee and Ms Liz are doing an awesome job. They keep the grounds tidy, they are quick on maintenance request. Keep a line of communication open with them and you will love it here.

I became a resident with Oakwood in 2020. What I've have noticed since the new management team Mrs. Lee and Ms. Liz took over in November, is that there has been nothing but positive changes. The new company has stepped in and upgraded the entire apartment complex inside and out. From renovations and work orders to noise complaints. They are taking this property seriously and to new heights. They've giving this place a much needed make over and I will say it is looking and feeling really good. Communication goes a really long way as well. If any issues come up, you can be reassured that these two ladies and the maintenance team will make it right. Great work to everyone and thank you all for everything!

Oakwood apartments have been here for a while and with the new management, it is becoming a great place to live again. The maintenance team is awesome. They respond to requests timely and are very professional. The laundry room is clean and convenient. The property is quiet at night and that's important to me.
