Very shady people. Over 6 months ago we went into the office as instructed by century 21 to be removed from our lease and have a new tenant added. Went on without a hitch, new tenant filled application and was approved. Until yesterday 10/16 my wife received a text from Justine who is in there collections department saying they are contacting her about her overdue rent payment when we haven't lived there or been readded to the lease. My wife confused calls me to tell me what's going on and how rude and unprofessional Justine is being. I then called to find out what's going on, but didn't get far as I was told by one lady she doesn't know what's going on and she was fairly new. After the phone call I was expecting a call back to see if the issue was resolved. Then was sent a text message f

If I could give negative stars I would. We are a military family that was stationed overseas. They “managed” our property for 7 years. We just learned a yearly service they told us was being done each year hasn’t been done since 2014. The property was dirty inside, smelled bad, and the yard and flowerbeds were overgrown. Broken items throughout the house. Wobbly ceiling fans. Scuffed up walls and ceilings. The microwave door handle is broken off at the base and we had to buy a whole new microwave. Photos they sent to us over the years were taken at angles that didn’t show the horrible staining and torn up carpet and laminate. Doors broken (looks like someone punched it). Blinds are missing in some rooms. Some knobs are gone. Fence is a disaster. Tenants received their deposit back, leaving

I should have read the reviews before I applied and wasted $100. The lady at the front desk took cash application fee that should have been my first warning sign and told me it would be a week before my back ground would clear that was I lie. I received a call to call them back the next day for the lady to tell me I didn’t get the place because of something on my rental history from another state 5 years ago. They charge an enormous amount of money for these places that are old and outdated.. Maddie decided to tell me she would text me a place to try for less fortunate renters. Another place to give all of your private info to so they can sale your info and have all these spam calls sent to your e-mail and phone. If you have the option do not rent with this company. I moved into a property under their management company with high expectations. The application process was extensive but they were very helpful and accommodating. I toured the property 3 times before I even submitted an application and brought many issues to their attention that they said would be taken care of. That being said once you put your deposit down and sign that lease your peace of mind and comfort is overlooked. I will say the owner is very pleasant and understands that a tenant should not live under circumstance that she herself would not but my communication is only with Century 21. The fence is broken to the point that my es animals got out and animals are coming in daily which is very unsafe. I was guaranteed the house

This place has no customer service. Since day one, I've had problems. They gave me the wrong keys at first and I had to drive all the way back down there to get them after they argued t was the right key and I just didn't know how to use it. They wouldn't have someone drive there as it was their fault that it wasn't the right key. My garbage disposal was not hooked up, and the wiring was backward. They sent me videos on how to use a garbage disposal. Again I told them it was not even connected and that the marks are even still on it to show that needed to be done and it shouldnt have passed inspection finally after having to send a picture to them they sent someone. The house was not inspected at all as the house was breaking apart structurally, and this was a brand new house when i moved
