I have been renting from this property manager for YEARS. I haven’t moved bc I love the staff. They are always so professional when you call. Their maintenance worker Cory is Amazing. He is truly for the tenants and keeping them happy. If your ever looking to rent go to Jim Peacock.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Jim Peacock and his team are honest and who truly stands by their word. When a mistake happens — as it can in any business — he does what’s right and puts the tenant’s best interest first. I’m not a renter myself, but someone close to me is, and I’ve seen firsthand how fairly and respectfully Jim handles things. I would absolutely recommend working with him.

Have had some problems in the past but Korey the new maintenance guy is great! He's actually been very helpful and fixing things the right way that the last guy didn't.

This place is a nice and discriminatory one if i have ever seen one. the women at the front desk act like they are on a high horse and they have no empathy whatsoever. i absolutely despise of this place and the only reason i am here is because it was so cheap. I have been speaking with a lawyer and he suggested to me that i should contact the Attorney General. I have and the end looks promising. i showed my representative the rest of the reviews and he couldn't wait to take my case. Said I could get a nice settlement . All i want is my security deposit, and to keep them off of my credit. After the 5th of the month if you haven't paid your rent it will start to rise. $5 per day from the 1st.
