Highly recommend them! They are professional and reliable they send people out very quickly when you have any type of issue in the home. My home is nice and has been well kept up! Nice homes and Apts. They come when you need them too and thats not often. Property is well kept and the landscapers are awesome. It's always a pleasure speaking with Virginia and Stephen! Update: 12/06/25 a few years later and I'm Still currently living in my duplex over a year later. Everything's going good. Air went out one night and they were here the next day and fixed it. The main reasons I rent from them is because their houses/apts are the cleanest and maintenance is the best best! I love Landlords that invest into their properties to make sure they look good. They send people out quickly for repairs and their team is professional

I must say things started off great I was actually confident when applying. We applied Oct 10, 2023; we got denied Oct 23, 2023 despite multiple calls to the company making sure they had everything they needed it still took them 2 business weeks for a decision! We were told multiple times they only go back 2 years on a persons credit to see if you have any bankruptcy, owe any rental or utility companies. This was not the case! The first issue I had was them taking so long to approve/deny an application. The second issue was the lack of communication. I called several times to make sure they had everything and was told they had everything but few days later they need this and that for example they needed paystubs (although I submitted on the portal the day I applied).
