I dont know about the units here. I do know I submitted an app that needed several items reiterated. Then, the guy I spoke to tried to tell me someone or something named "Flex" told them I had only been on my job for a month. I have been happily employed with the same employer for almost 5 years now. I would say dont waste your time unless you have it to spend. Nothing online is accurate either. *** To be clear, there were no documents requested. I was told "My system says you've been on your job for a month. I have to go by what my system says" I OFFERED to send stubs from earlier in my emplyment, to which he said "I have to go by what my system says". I suggested viewing my LinkedIn profile, to which he said "I don't have to do that" I ended the dead end conversation at that moment. To

Please avoid living here. My family paid late rent before the court date for eviction the constable told us if we paid before it we would be good... texted and called the manager to let her know that the full payment was made. I guess you can see where this is going 👎🏾... we called her multiple times from different phones and the voice box sounded as if her line was busy so we sent multiple messages that said it didn't deliver. Days go by and still haven't heard from Nancy. 2 weeks go by and we're evicted. These apartments need a new manager, not one that will steal from her residents and kick them out with no communication.

Moved over here a couple months ago. So far its been great. Love the manager. She is so sweet and always gets on whatever I need ASAP. She helps as much as possible with any questions I may have. Also the maintenance man is awesome. He fixed a couple of things I needed and explained why it was happening and what to do so it wouldn't have it happen again. Overall they are very professional. Love the neighborhood. Close to the freeway and many shopping centers and restaurants near by.

I like this property. Nancy in the office is awesome. She works with you to make sure things go right and if there are any issues she makes sure they are taken care of immediately or as soon as possible. Give these apartments a try if you looking ti move to the Garland area.

I recently moved into these apartments. The office manager was very sweet and helpful. Communication and customer service was on point. She made everything run smoothly and she made sure anything that needed fixing was done before move in.
