Oaks at Duck Creek

I’ve been dealing with an ant infestation in my apartment that’s gotten out of control, ants are everywhere, even in the closets and living room. Despite reaching out repeatedly over the past two to three months, the management keeps giving the same excuse about being tied to a pest control contract and showing little concern. Recently, things have gotten so bad that I went in person to the manager, and was told it would still take five days before anyone can come to deal with it. That’s ridiculous!! what are we supposed to do for an entire week while these ants invade our living space? I really like living here, Kasey was with me from the first day and even though I am not bilingual she did everything to offer me a good service and make me feel welcome. She explained me very well the documents I would need and the requirements to be able to rent here, there are things to improve as in any place but it is not because of management problems, it is definitely a part of the community that does not respect the rules of coexistence. Five Stars! I moved into my new apartment here two weeks ago, and the entire process was incredibly smooth thanks to Ashlee. She made leasing so easy—answering every question I had and walking me through each step with patience and a smile. Since moving in, I’ve had a couple of small maintenance needs and Kelly has been amazing. Any time I reach out, she responds right away and does everything she can to have the issue fixed as quickly as possible. The community itself is beautiful, with great amenities that are always well maintained, and the apartments are surprisingly affordable for the quality you get. I’m so glad I chose this place and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed home.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Ever since David Ambriz became the property manager here, the difference has been night and day. You can really tell he cares about the residents and the community. The property is so well taken care of now—clean, safe, and just overall a great place to live. Anytime I’ve had a question or needed help, David is quick to respond and always goes above and beyond to make sure everything is handled. I’ve lived here for a while, and honestly, the improvements since he stepped in have been amazing. The whole place feels more welcoming, organized, and professional. I really appreciate having a manager who treats residents with respect and actually takes pride in the property. I truly love living here now, and that’s all thanks to David’s leadership.

I've had a fantastic experience living at Oaks At Duck Creek! The property is always well-maintained, quiet, and feels incredibly safe. What really sets this place apart is the staff—especially David. He’s always professional, kind, and quick to help with any questions or maintenance requests.
