Oakridge Apartments

This was the absolute worst apartment. There is mold, spiders everywhere, drain flies, and the building is actively falling apart. The apartment will flood between the leaky windows and the dishwasher that spills into the kitchen. The apartments are not up to fire code because no one will ever come to do maintenance. The office does their best to get as much money as they can from you and refuses to help with any concerns. The pool they try to tempt you with is always covered in algae and full of bugs and leaves. The hot tub has not worked in over a year. Do not in any situation live in this building.

Upon moving in my apartment wasn’t remotely cleaned and the cleaning crews were there and had no idea people were moving in. This started the spiral of pathetic attempts at communication, useless maintenance people, and in no way worth the cost of rent. The apartments mold and have no protection from bugs getting in. I’ve had window leaks, a flooding dishwasher, the floors pulling up, towel rods collapsing, etc. and the only thing worse then the apartments themselves are the rude and incompetent people in the office. Do yourself a favor and live somewhere you’ll actually love.

My son moved in 6 weeks ago. The refrigerator did not work when he moved in. It is still not fixed in spite of multiple calls.
