Oakley Shoals Apartments

These apartments are not fit to live in. Trash all over property mountains high and old dumped trash. The apartments inside all torn and not working appliances. Roach infested. I been here 9 years and management make empty promises My roof leaks in every bedroom and bathroom. Resident/non resident manager has nasty attitude. 86 apts here and only 9 people legally live here. Your neighbors are drug addicts and squatters

I do not recommend anyone to move here what so ever there highly unprofessional don’t answer the phone maintenance doesn’t come through at all haven’t had a fire extinguisher since I moved in mentioned that plenty of times still haven’t gotten one and let’s not forget how highly disgusting the apartment looks with the trash they don’t care to get it cleaned up and it’s possums everywhere at night

That’s the worst apartment I’ve lived at for 7 years. They have roaches & rats inside the apartment they broken into my apartment while I was at work & out of town for the holidays & stole my personal belongings. Then came back knocking on my door. Kicked the door down i asked the property manager Mrs Breanna to move me from the back area she ignored me. And they never fixed the floor inside the apartment . Mold is everywhere just don’t move there everybody that’s still there 2025. Needs to be on game & move . Nobody takes action about like code enforcement or legal aid just move I just wish I can get all my money back since 2021 - 2025

I moved from Savannah to these Inhibitable Apartments the First Week I Fell Through The Floor , which they told me they were fixing on the reason why I couldn’t move in before June 1 because the floor wasn’t up to par. He has sink holes in it and that’s another reason why I had to get my lights cut on before moving into the unit so they can fix the sinkholes. it took them a month to fix the floor that I fell through and the bathroom my bedroom, the living room and the laundry room from what the man told me the whole floor in the unit needs to be redone and that it wasn’t gonna last too long. So last month in September, my tub wasn’t flushing. My bathtub was shooting up feces from the drain. I had told her about it. It took her three weeks. Would not recommend this place to anyone! Absolutely disgusting & unsanitary! The news has been contacted, along with the health department, and code enforcement. Something must be done immediately!
