Enclave at Whitewater Creek

I’ve been watching these homes be built between the trees, I live directly across from them and I have wondered for sometime why anyone would build homes here much less $300,000 homes in a neighborhood with poor schools or access to affordable housing. This area has horrible traffic, if you don’t leave before 1 pm it’ll take a while to access the highway via 138. If you take Jonesboro road trucks and if you take south Fulton please make sure your car can easy do 80-85mph because that’s the speed over there. Sadly someone is shot every 3 business days in this area. Months ago, 2 or 3 people were shot on Jonesboro road, on the same day within hours. The health rating for restaurants in this area is below average and ubereats is subpar. You have Walmart and Kroger (remember the 1pm warning)i

Love my home! The area is congested so was Buckhead before i moved away last year. Crime is everywhere, stay protected everywhere.
