Moved in 5 months ago and everything been great. Maintenance repairs fast and Ms. Risa is real nice and explains everything so I don't have no questions. My apartment looks good and I get treated good too. Ain't seen the first bug. No complaints here.

I'd give more stars if I could! I secret shopped this place today 12-10-2025 and I'm impressed. Risa was so energetic and welcoming that I didn't wanna leave lol, plus she's fine lol. We looked at a 1 bed apt and a 2 bed apt and both look exactly like the pics online. The maintenance dude spoke while he was on the way to a call and he was cool too. I wasn't planning on moving here for real, but after today, I'm sold. My MO was to troll to see if the reviews were true, but they aren't. I'm not gonna believe everything I read after this lol.

I've lived here with my mom for over 10 years and the property switched management last year and the new team is better than the first ones. Ms. Reesa and Mr. Dennis are good people and they do right by us. They even fixed up the pool and gym. I think bitter people are leaving reviews and being dishonest because they got evicted or denied. A lot of people get mad when they can't have their way and write false reviews but I would check out the place first before believing what's on here. We will renew and stay regardless.

This community have gone down tremendously under this management. I have lived here 5 years and never had any problems getting maintenance requests repaired until this management came, they close out maintenance request as completed without even coming to your unit. I havent had hot water in over a week. My request was marked as completed on 12/8. On 12/9 I resubmitted the request. The office manager Risa Lee called me saying they had fixed it & she would send maintenance back to check it as of 12/12 3:50pm no one has came or ever came since I have cameras & can see when someone comes. I am so ready to move & definitely will NOT be renewing my lease in March.

DO NOT MOVE HERE! They don’t fix anything they close out maintenance request so fast without coming to your unit. Each apartment has mold in it. All my neighbors around me has put in maintenance request from months ago and still nothing. In the summer the ac is out during the winter no heat. They close the office for any holiday they aren’t even Jewish. The maintenance man just ride around in that red truck flirting with everyone and being messy. Risa attitude is the worst.
