Tia is amazing person because she goes beyond and above for people she’s dedicated and caring along with been upfront about everything she’s a true hardworking young lady. The process was ongoing but worth the wait, If any issues was needing fixs she would do her best of helping out others or helping you figuring it. Tia is the person if you seeking a new home you want regret going to Tia. She’s needs her flowers ASAP.

This is a great community from the outside, but my experience with the leasing representative was disappointing. Her attitude came across as unprofessional when I expressed concerns about the touring process specifically, not being able to log in to my hospital system while off-shift to verify income in order to tour. My worry is that if I were to move forward with applying for this apartment, I would not want to encounter that same attitude when addressing any future issues or maintenance needs. I value professionalism, and the interaction left me unsure about the level of service I could expect as a resident.

This apartment is the worst! I have issues every single month and if you need help on the weekends just forget about it!!! No one cares. The AC is out all the time!!! Units are very humid and when you go to the office they act as if they care but as soon as 5:30 hits…. They go home and could care less about you! This weekend we had water and plumbing issue with no plumbers on site. This place is a joke!!!! Take your money and don’t get sucked into this hell whole!!!!! Runnnnnnnnnn

Management is NEVER on the same page. No one in the office can never send the information you need/request ( in a timely manner ) via EMAIL it’s always a “phone call”. A well organized establishment should know that every thing needs to be DOCUMENTED or in WRITING. EVERYONE HAS BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE unless it’s the Maintenance workers . NO ONE IS KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE PROPERTY OR WHATS IN THE LEASE.

I wish I could give this property and the leasing agent Tia a 1 star. I applied for a 2 bedroom apt and I was told I met the screening requirements then I received a call from their office telling me I didn't meet the income requirements which initially they said I did Tia even called me to pick up the keys on 8/15/2025 but because of their process I had already paid rent where I was residing and that I couldn't pay them, she said ok she would put my name back on the waiting list but that I would get an apartment but that was not true, she would not return my money order oh and she said according to their calculations I make 50,000 a year but according to my w2 I make way less than that, they even gave me a form with the income requirements and according to my w2 I was 300.00 below at firs
