Morgan Trace

After two weeks of living here, I am certain we made the right choice coming here!! Easy access to 85 and shopping. The Property Manager, Camille, is the secret sauce that makes this place the hidden jewel of the south! She did not know me from a can of paint; she was/is courteous and transparent; very candid about these being older apartments (and they are) but they are NICE, CLEAN AND QUIET. Camille explained the process which was easy-peasy, on a Thursday, we were approved and moved in a week later…no games no gimmicks! Laundry on-site that you can pay for and track the progress of all through your phone. But you also have washer/dryer connections in your unit! ( Not bad for older apartments huh?!) I even had to reach out for maintenance (the day after Christmas while they were off) and

Camille is simply the best and very kind. Camille went out of her way to help my daughter. She helped my daughter get an apartment that was reasonable for my daughter and the maintenance is very quick a fixing things. I feel safe for my only daughter who is young and thriving to live in Morgan Trace

Old back dated, very tiny efficiency apartments. Reasonably priced however they need to tear them down and rebuild them. There is mold and mildew everywhere inside and old plumbing g and electrical wiring. The ac units are not being manufactured anymore. Its all old.

DO NOT EVER MOVE HERE! My father stayed here for a bit of time and was never late on a single payment. He became ill and was hospitalized. The disgusting property manager Camille decided to still charge him rent even tho he was completely hospitalized. After reviewing the lease we decided to contact coporate because there is a clause that allows flexibility during sickness. We continued to pay until coporate got involved. Coporate released him from all obligations due to his disability which left him hospitalized. Furthermore, after being relieved of all rental obligations and thoroughly cleaning the residence, Camille decided to still send him to collections because we went over her head to resolve the apartment issue. We later had to dispute in order collections to get it removed. Thank
