Too expensive ,no control over drugs, used and sold. Lots of traffic going in and out at night.Homeless have a patio to stay in. No supervision or manager like years back. I visit and can smell Marijuana coming from all vents, especially children's bedroom . Big rats at night that look like raccoons. Not worth it and don't feel safe any more. Years ago it was good place too live. You need a strong person to manage on premises!!!
