Although it is cheaper than most around that area. You get what you pay for. Leasing office staff, especially the manager, are rude and disrespectful. They talk down to you as if superior even when you are more professional than they are. Manager lives there and rides around in the complex often looking for stuff to complain about. One maintenance man is creeping and consistenly harasses female tenants that he likes. Neighbors are extremely nosey. My car got broken into and so have many, many other vehicles. When reported nothing was done. No added security, no emails sent to notify all tenants, nothing.

I've lived here since 2023 and left in 2025. This is a great starter apartment. But please listen to the reviews. I've never had no real issue with Shaun. These apartments are not renovated, but they honestly have some decent features that many apartments lack. Such as a washer/dryer hookup, pantry, and closed-off patios. They keep the grounds clean on the facility. Maintenance for me was quick. BUTTT I've had a lot of maintenance requests since I've lived here. The water heater broke and drenched the hallway carpet, the thermostat needed to be replaced. Our shower had mold in it and maintenance said it needed to be "cleaned," and calk was placed on it. The shower tiles ended up broken and behind it was MOLD behind the wall. Check your windows when you move in cause they dont close. Whe

This is my second year living here and it hasn’t been bad at all to me. Anytime I’ve had maintenance requests they have been handled same day or the day after. My building is quiet and my neighbors are friendly. I would like to see some renovations done though because the units are a bit dated and rent has increased. Shon in the front office is very pleasant and always willing to help. Any issues I’ve had she made sure to communicate with me until it’s resolved. Overall this is a quiet, decent neighborhood from my experience.

Do not move to this apartment complex. The rent is cheap. but you will be burglarized after complaining to the manager in the leasing office about your door lock being messed up and they will not do anything about it. Make sure you send emails and get everything in writing. She will rant about how this apartment complex is the safest apartment complex in the area, but don't believe the hype. There has been shootings and break ins done by your own neighbors that were not even supposed to be living in the apartments. The manager will also rant about how it has changed since she has been there, but again don't believe the hype. Your rent will go up, but everything else will remain old and outdated. Not the best place to live. Our lease wasn’t renewed because the manager lived below us and complained we didn’t walk lightly enough. It’s laughable now, but it’s pretty ridiculous when you think about it. We were people who paid our rent on time, if not early, and didn’t cause any issues. But because we didn’t walk light enough for our neighbor, we had to leave. Now, don't get me wrong, we made adjustments and attempted to adhere to her sleep schedule. But none of it mattered. Did I mention she issued us a curfew? We called upper management, and needless to say, they were cut from the same cloth. The misery here is so thick. Not a place you can call home, raise a family or truly be happy.
