The Oak Park Euless frontline agents are NOT warm nor friendly oriented. Need some customer training! They do not know how answer phone and introduce themselves! it seems like their names are secret! I hardly seen manager or crews walk around property before their shift start to make sure all trash and sidewalks clear! from leaves or any obstacles! I might say you maintenance crews are wonderful but need some prompt respond and clean up after the mess! The dwellings are rundown and need fixing, paint or make up! The gate at the horse shoe are never get fixed. I am sure your management and crews can do better to keep tenants content and feel home I hardly seen your security personnel does his round after 10p especially during summer! The soccer field become a public place now instead

I’ve really enjoyed my time living here! The property is very dog-friendly, which was a huge plus for me. The leasing agents are always friendly, helpful, and easy to work with—they truly make you feel welcome and taken care of. The maintenance team is also great and responds quickly whenever something needs attention. Overall, it’s a comfortable, well-managed place to call home. Highly recommend!

Terrible quality and communication. I've lived in these apartments for 6 years and the last 3 have been absolutely terrible. I can say that when my lease finally ends I will be relieved to get out. Any maintance requests take days to get done (if you're lucky) and I have had nothing but leaks, at least 1 every month it feels like. However this weekend was by far the worst. Had an active leak coming from my closet roof and seeping through the floorboards to my bedroom doorframe. It took them 11 days to fix. However they decided to also tear the wall apart into my bathroom and looked at my washer/dryer area. On Sunday I noticed my toilet had water puddling (I've been through so much I just brushed it off to deal with on Monday). However once I did laundry my whole apartment suddenly flooded

Less than 1 star if I could. The price they give you upfront is misleading — you will end up paying WAY more than what you were quoted once all the extra fees are added. Even living with fewer people, the water bill is ridiculously high every single month, which makes no sense. There are constant problems that require repeated maintenance tickets, and the office is extremely hard to reach and rarely responds. I genuinely regret moving here, and this has been one of the worst apartments we have ever lived in. This place is stressful, overpriced, and not worth moving into. Save yourself the headache.

Goldie was such a pleasure to work with! She was super attentive, understanding, and patient throughout the entire application process. She went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and followed up every step of the way. You can tell she truly cares about helping people.
