Oak Forest Apartments

My time at Oakforest has always been pleasurable. Being on the first floor of a building can be troublesome at times however maintenance is kind and punctual with repairs. Management as always been quick to respond with patience and making sure your questions and concerns are understood and heard. Moreover, there is consistent noticeable efforts to maintain a clean, healthy, and peaceful community. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for apartment communities to live in

They do take care of work orders right away. But, management in offices don’t understands tenants situations. Also the smell of marijuana in hallways is crazy. The rent is too them expensive and crazy. I been having problems with the heat at my apartment since I moved in and they came but they said the windows were open when that wasn’t the case. I set the them heater to 80 and in the master room it get hot but the rest of the house do not pass above 69 degrees. Three years on the same shit
