+ Property is lovely - Made me remove my American flag after flying it for 8 months without a problem - After promising to return my entire security deposit in writing, they missed the deadline as required by SC Code § 27-40-410. They failed to cooperate, and it required the intervention of the Better Business Bureau (BBB). Novo Mauldin / RAM Partners, LLC promised to me and the BBB to return the wrongfully-withheld money, however they never did. It has now been almost four months since I moved out, and I still have not received my entire security deposit back Edit: - it's also worth noting that the factory across the street sometimes smells so badly that it's impossible to walk on the property
