We’ve been paying renter insurance since we moved in and they’re still trying to charge us $50. We have wasp infestation all over the side of our apartment building that we have tried getting stuff done about and it’s still there. And I just dealt with a fire ant infestation in our bedroom I got stung all over My feet and hands and it made me really sick. My fiancé ended up getting ant killer and I took care of it my own. I brought up the ants when The pest control guy came the first time, but He said that he couldn’t do anything about it with out an order put in But he would let them know. Nothing was done it just got worse. The apartment itself is nice. I really like the neighborhood but getting any sort of help is very hard living here. Don’t be misled by the negative or fake reviews you might see. I’ve lived here for the past 4 years, and my experience has been great, especially since Lisa became the property manager and Richmark Property Management took over. Lisa and the maintenance team are truly wonderful. Anytime I’ve had an issue, they’ve been quick, helpful, and professional. It’s clear they genuinely care about the residents and the condition of the property. I’ve seen real improvements and consistent upkeep since the new management came in. Highly recommend!

Is a nice place and very nice teamwork especially Lisa is the manager she drive her office in excellent professionalism, they have a nice clean office is the most impressive walk in means a lot for a person who walk in for any reason, that told you a lot of the property manager she drives everything clean and clear for everyone. Very high recommend
