If I could give this place 0 stars I would! We were great tenants for 8 years! Never had any problems! We even upgraded the house because we planned to stay there long term. When our lease was up for renewal they gave us a 20 day notice to vacate! We had small children and had built our life in this neighborhood!! This company does not care about people at all!! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND finding a different rental company! This company doesn't do anything but take your money! They don't fix anything and will drop you at the drop of a dime. Especially if they want to raise the rent substantially! Then they will just kick you out so they can do so! We ended up having to put our stuff in storage and stay with family because 20 days is definitely not enough time to find another place to live. T

They answered your calls fast, made repairs quickly, if you had an emergency they made sure they could fix it as fast as they can. Office staff was always nice and professional. Office is clean. I've been with them for 8 years.

This company is by far the worst company to rent from! They are beyond unprofessional and it's like pulling teeth to have anything fixed. They do not go by the landlord tenet laws and do not follow housing codes. Cindi is so difficult to work with and beyond unprofessional! She is harsh when talking to her and tries to puff up her chest to make people back down when asking any questions are when they call to have anything fixed. I have turned them into the better business Bureau and into the housing authority! Yes rent is cheap but that is exactly how they treat you. Feb. Of this year we requested a mold guy to come to our place due to the amount of mold that is here. The mold guy recommended to have ventilation vents and insulation along with some other things due to the amount of moistu
