A Foundation of Trust: Our Experience with Brandon When we began our journey with Pulte Homes, we were looking for more than just a house; we were looking for a sanctuary. Navigating a complex family medical condition meant our stress levels were high and our time was precious. Then we met Brandon, and everything changed. More Than a Professional Brandon didn’t just manage a build; he truly listened. In an industry that often moves at a frantic pace, he chose to slow down. He heard our concerns, respected our situation, and showed up with a level of presence that many would have avoided. His empathy wasn't just a courtesy-it was a cornerstone of our entire experience. Seeing the Quality "Behind the Drywall" What sets Brandon apart is his palpable pride in the craft. He took the time to s

After 26 years in our current home, the prospect of relocating while navigating significant medical conditions felt nearly impossible. To be honest, we had reached a point of total exhaustion and had actually given up on Pulte initially. We had begun looking at other ventures, convinced that the process simply wouldn't align with the specific care and patience our situation required. We wanted a home that was special to us and an experience to match. - A tall order. Then we met Clayton, and he became the sole reason our entire experience shifted from a burden to a joy. Clayton’s wonderful professionalism is built on a rare foundation of genuine empathy and active listening. In an industry that often felt transactional, he took the time to truly understand our health-related constraints,

Total Frustration with Pulte’s Customer Care Having experienced several new home builders in WA, OR and CA, we have never been as disappointed or dissatisfied with a builder’s customer care and the way they handle home warranty as we have been with Pulte. We closed our home last summer, and even an independent inspection could not prepare us for the numerous issues (including plumbing and HVAC) once we moved in. We were wrongly blamed for a manufacturing defect, endured long delays and poor communication regarding repair scheduling, and saw serious problems dismissed as “normal.” Consistently, our customer care manager failed to follow up on promised solutions, leaving us to resolve matters ourselves. Their main proficiency appears to be sending rejection emails and closing tickets without

luxry home price for cheap apartment quality. check the photos attached for what we get. and it is 2 and a half months after closing date, still there are numerious quality issues to be fixed. (they fooled us by promising everything will be fixed soon, and cover many issues where you cant see directly). and you have to be persistant, or they will try to skip bigger issues and claim them as "normal" or "out of warranty"(things already broken from the time given to you). Warranty team is trying , but cant easily cover up so much things left over. simply because we paid before it is fully built. also for the flex cash, they will try to fool you with numbers and force you either spend 10k+ for the market rate, or accept 1 point higher rate for regular payment. there are numerous other iss

READ BEFORE PURCHASING. 1 week after purchasing the home we had a massive leak in the front entry way. Roughly 20 gallons of water ended up coming out of the A/C duct. As it turns out, during construction a portion of the home was left out in a rain storm over the weekend and wasn't properly dried out before completion. Water during that storm apparently made it's way into the AC exhaust duct. None of this was communicated to us when asking about the history of the home. Due to the extensive damage they had to rip out the dry wall, re do all of it (Which was done terribly. It is slanted and they won't re do it). They had to rip out the flooring and redo the entire entry way. They also had to repaint everything in the entry way. The redo work was awful! They painted over our airvent, made
