Parc East

I’m really happy with the changes at my apartment complex since the new management took over. They are very nice and sweet, and they truly make me feel important as a resident. We also have a new maintenance guy who has already made a lot of improvements in such a short time. He’s been accomplishing so much and it really shows. The team is also doing a great job keeping the area clean and cared for. I’m excited to see even more improvements in the future!

As a long term resident of this complex I've seen multiple managers come through and I can confidently say the current Manager and Maintenance is the best we've ever seen, they keep the place way nicer than it ever was before, they are communicative, they want to help you, they are friendly, they actually want to interact and embrace our family community here at Parc East and it's amazing to finally have someone that cares as much about us as we do about our homes. Thank you to Management and Maintenance for everything you do, we appreciate you.

Ive been in my apartment for less than a week. Choosing Parc East was one of the best decisions. The units are clean, very well maintained and the complex itself has surpassed my expectations. Both the property manager as well as the maintanence supervisor have been increadibly welcoming and personable. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for their next home!!!

The worst kind of slum. The building itself wouldn’t be half bad if they didn’t switch property managers every couple months. A new property manager will pop up saying “Wow this place is really a mess. I’m going to clean it up just be patient with me” then boom they’re gone and replaced with the next manager saying the same thing and no follow through ever. We had 4 managers in the year I stayed here. My first warning should have been that our move in date being pushed back twice without communication due to “maintenance delays”. Then having 0 shower for 6+ months. Or having no power to the kitchen for days because the exhaust fan was threatening to start a fire. And having tenants dumping trash outside in green spaces because the dumpster is always full. Laundry room so filthy that you f

Owners have no respect or interest in maintaining this property. During my time at this location I was unable to get a maintenance person to repair the shower for several months. Unable to get ahold of management of any kind. Don't expect much if you find yourself here. Edit: Now two years after moving out and dealing with lack of management they've contacted me (for time response reference)
