I have been a Realtor since 1979. Cascadia NW Realty is absolutely the best Realestate Company I have worked with. They have a wonderful staff, the owner Broker is always there to lend a hand, listen to issues that come up and try to resolve them in a win-win way, they treat me like family. The fees with this brokerage firm is the lowest that I’ve ever worked with. They are pro agent! Shana continually promotes classes we can attend and community services we can get involved in. I absolutely love this company. If any agent is looking for a place to hang their license I would highly recommend Cascadia NW Real Estate . you will not be disappointed.

Khanh Tran came highly recommended and helped us find what was in our budget and gave us lots of options for our first home.
