Up under new management. The leasing manager is a BEAST!!! She just got her people in there and they are doing it well. It's a shame that the previous regimes were "AWFUL"! The maintenance staff actually know what they are doing. The gatekeeper front(Kcuello), is the nicest person. I'm so glad they they now have competent, friendly people.

Don Jose & Hebert do amazing work, helped resolve all my issues with a quickness & serious professionalism.

Here they charge you 20$ because they say some company pick up your trash and look no one can pick up nothing If you contact the rental office they do not do nothing about it if you try to contact the regional manager nothing happend. Im going to put videos in youtube under this particular aparments. If you are thinking in rent here whach them firts, here there not parking space for resident but they have 8 space empty for visitor while their residents have to park on the street most of the time getting parking tickets, here you have a lot of mikes living with you the good thing is you do not have to pay for them even if you have more than 10mices or roaches you only pay if you have cat or dog, and the playground in the pictures is hyattsvile play ground no from this propery. Joaquin and Robin are excellent workers, they always answer my emergency call. Previously there was horrible communication between the office and the maintenance staff. Weeks and months would go by and they would not respond to the ticket that I put in about the emergency. I thank them very much because they try to fix it as soon as possible if it is in their hands and very excellent communication between them... I wish that all the staff were the same as them. God bless their work and that these comments that all residents put in are seen by a manager and taken action on the matter because just as we are responsible for paying the rent, the office should also be responsible for making sure that they pick up the trash because we supposedly pay for that and there are days that they don't do

I just like to warning to any one to want to move here. What you gonna have is the most terrible Management attention the service that you suppkse to get for your rent money are even worse this aparments have been taken for a different Owners But they look like the only important thing is your money rent nothing else, I call to report a problem with mikes 2 week ago and they say I have to take care of that by myselfe because they just got the propery and no have even maintanance to take care of nothing, there is some problem with the oven and nothing too, there is a problem wirh mold and they do not care .before you take some decision try to talk with any of the current residents.
