I have lived at NorthPoint for 19+ years. I have seen Management Companies come and go, good and bad. Our current management company, Associa, has been a valuable asset to our community. I have seen Board members come and go, good and bad. Our current Board does not not have any personal agendas, The Board has a common goal towards maintaining and preserving the integrity of our community. Since each of the 76 units here are individually owned, everybody's experience is going to be different. We've lived here for 5+ years, and the issues we have get worse and worse. In community porch pirates abound, dog feces cover the ground, drug addicts of all shapes and sizes can be found wandering the area at all times of day and night. Couples can be heard arguing loudly frequently - when other residents aren't throwing raging parties. Bullies regularly commandeer parking spots for their beat down, eyesore cars. The worst part is that many are repeat offenders. The HOA, a group I have found to be rather haughty given their incompetence, are absolutely no help. Fees go up every year, which is pitiful given every time I step out of my door the air is tainted by the stench of dog poo and weed. Looking to buy or rent?
