As a supplier/vendor for North Homes, Michael and Charlene are amazing and awesome people. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a custom home to build. I have nothing but positive things to say about the attention to detail, quality of homes and communication they offer to their clients and vendors.

We are very happy with our North home. During both planning and construction phases they were very flexible and also made suggestions that improved the final product. While our house was under construction we had no problems when we wanted to make minor changes to the original plan. The house was finished on time, and if we ever have another one built it will certainly be a North Home.

Marble Uniques has done the countertops for North Homes for many years now and there homes are always top notch quality! Charlene and Michael are awesome to work with and make our process easy for installation.

Mike and Charlie are great people! They built our house in 2006 and we still occupy the home today. They are professional, hard working, and very good at what they do!

He worked for Hallmark builders at the time and screwed our house up. No egress window opening, no culvert in our drive, put shingles up on the house in the fall, in overcast skies, when I called him out in the issue of shingles blowing off, he brought a package of shingles over and told me to to replace them, went through at least 4 site managers, because they were telling him issues that needed fixed, and suddenly they were not on the job anymore.Sempic tank had to be redone because it wasn't dug deep enough. I can't imagine this person being any better. I would Never recommend this person, I don't care if he owns the business now or not!
