She went above and beyond to make sure we got into our new home and that the sale of our previous home went smoothly. She started as our realtor but quickly became a friend. Lynda had quite the challenging task when it came to selling our triplex in Lebanon, Indiana. We lived out of state and had never seen the property in person, plus had very unhelpful property managers. Despite all this, she was able to get it listed in such a way that we had immediate interest from buyers and were able to get a full price offer. Additionally, at the last minute, the appraiser wanted to adjust the appraisal down several thousand dollars, and she was able to negotiate so that the buyer made up the difference in cash and we were able to close on time at the original full offer price! She did a fantastic job with what was a very challenging situation.
