Very improved upon considering the condition the place was in with the previous landlord. Every building in the last 2 years has gotten a new roof, new carpets, new paint and railings, and even individual apts. have been renovated after long stay tenants. Price is very affordable. The only cons are a lack of great parking. Its either a small enclosed lot or a gravel patch. The buildings are only accessible through alleyways and this makes it difficult for any large vehicle to come through.

Been here sent 2016 it has cleaned up tremendously and the workers here are very friendly and fix things when you let them know something is wrong. And work with you on other things if you're open and honest with them.

Worst apartments even own kicks out people who have never done anything and person pays rent on time evwry month. not willing to work with persons lots of favouritism when he has meth dealers living here and not kick them out worst ever do not move here!

The projects of Lebanon. What else is there to say? The place is trash every time a major crime is committed it always seems to be close or originate from Slumwood "Apartments".

Archie has improved this place 100%. Definitely recommend as a place to live.
