Kise Estates Apartments

I love living here the staff is great and it's quiet and safe! I am 61 widow and I feel very safe at all times. My back patio faces a large area and I love to watch the sunsets and I have seen deer a few times. The size of my 2 bedroom is amazing and I have a huge walk-in closet in my mater bedroom also in bedroom two I have my washer and dryer. I have no plans of moving.

This place really disappointed me, especially after reading the reviews! I thought I'd have a pleasant experience but it was the opposite of what most people are saying, and now I'm left wondering if people are lying in the reviews, or if this is something deeper. I hate accusing, but why do some people get seemingly great service while myself (and some others it seems, based on what I've read) are stuck with subpar and off-putting service?! For starters, when I came to view apartments, I went in but wasn't acknowledged or greeted by Maria, until I went out of my way to start the conversation myself, which is far from what I would expect based on reviews and her being the property manager. What should have been a simple expression of my experience turned into a wave of negativity aimed at someone who is simply doing her job — and doing it well. I want to be very clear: the hostility, slander, and false accusations being thrown at Maria are wrong. It has crossed the line into defamation of her character, and no employee deserves to be treated that way. This is not a war on Maria, nor should it ever have become one. The office is now running perfectly. I love being able to arrive and be served by someone who speaks two languages; it makes communication so much easier. Maria is also very organized and helpful, always willing to lend a hand. She's very kind, and since she arrived at the office, everything has run smoothly. She provides respectful and high-quality service.
