North Chestnut Grove Apartments

Rented an apartment at Chestnut Grove Apartments, which was leased through Success Realty. Erica was our landlord. Of course, when we were looking at the place she was nothing but friendly and helpful. As soon as we were moved in, complete 180. We informed her of damage on the doors in the apartment that were supposed to be fixed before we moved in none of which ever were replaced, a wall unit air conditioner was installed before we moved in and it continually was sliding out of the wall, the bar in the closet was broken and when we asked if we could replace it ourselves we were told no. They never fixed that either. People were constantly parked in our assigned parking place. We found dried blood in the apartment on the doors that were damaged, and when we told the landlord about it and

Nice quiet area on a side street. Walking distance to anything you could need. Friendly neighborhood.

As a visitor only to a 0urrebt resident, I fond the units to be well put together, cozy, clean and ample parking for visitors. I would rent from them !
