If your looking for a nice place to live but not paying for a nice place to live look no further. Wildwood Court Apartments is an amazing place to live. I have lived in a lot of place including Madison WI. Any place I have lived did not have quick responses from landlords or maintenance. But here is way different. My landlord Lynn always responds at a good time and if she cant answer my question right away she finds out the answer pretty fast. The maintenance team is absolutely amazing about responding and usually can fix your issues that same day you fill a complaint about something being wrong. Where the location of my apartment is also amazing. The play a ground a zoo basically across the street. There's also a ice cream shop and a gas station you can walk to. There is also 2 fast food

I applied for an apartment here 2 years ago. Lynn went above and beyond to help me through the process and to get approved. I have been living here since. The apartments are beautiful for a great price. Maintenance is always quick to solve problems. Overall, I have had nothing but the best experience with this place.

The landlord communicated with you and if you have any issue with your place they will immediately fix any problem. We have safe Secure doors for uninvited guest. All of our neighbors are friendly and kind.
