A very positive experience. Management is very responsive to maintenance concerns and Negative issues concerning other tenants. Their portal is fantastic. It allowed me to make payments online and submit work orders without making a phone call. I would recommend their apartments which I think there are 10 or so in Marshfield. Rents are very reasonable, apartments are clean.

Manchester Court in Marshfield, Wisconsin was a terrible place to live. The rent is high and after you move in a whole bunch of extra fees are charged monthly. For example, the water usage bill is one big bill for the entire building and then divided by the number of units in the building. As result my water bill was not based on my water usage, and I ended up paying the same amount as a family of four living in the same building. The manager is an absolute jerk who likes to bully tenants with threats of eviction if they complain. Northern Management allows pot smokers to live there without worry of being evicted or arrested and allows these druggies to skink up the entire building with their pot smoke and other drugs. The manager also allows residents to invite large groups of their frien

Lived here for a year with a roommate. After about a month, my roommate was incarcerated. Management was notified about it, but payments were still being made, so there was no issue. Fast forward to the end of my lease. I accidentally auto paid a month of my rent (completely my fault), and discussed it with Jim, who said he would make sure I would get that extra month back, along with my deposit after 2 weeks. 3 weeks later, I had yet to receive my deposit. I contacted Jim again, who said “The security deposit check was mailed on or about 8/13/24 to the forwarding address provided by you. Mail these days takes much longer than before.” Another 3 weeks later, and many unanswered phone calls to corporate, whom I was told to contact about this issue, I still had not received my deposit. Laurel Pines in Marshfield. Honestly, didn't mind living here. But management is so hard to get a hold of. Upon leaving, I was told I didn't need a walkthrough and everything should be good. They then tried saying I owed them for extreme damages done to the unit. I asked for proof and it's been over a month since. I took plenty of pictures of my unit before leaving, which I sent to them. I sent emails and physical mail to the office asking for proof of the damages. Nothing. A month now after all that and I get another letter from them simply saying I owe them money. So I guess it's another round of this. Point being, if you choose to live with them, document everything (emails, text messages), keep copies of leases or any other paperwork, and insist on them coming to walkthrough your apart

It was decent. Until my upper neighbor had there water heater explode *due too neglect by the property manager*. This resulted in mass water damage coming into my apartment, along with mold. I had attempted to contact management and too no luck, which I guess I'm not surprised. Takes days to respond to emails, never picks up phone, nor text. If you attempt to email them it won't go thru, you have to wait to get an email from them. Although I had attempted to contact management with no success, I decided to move and tried letting them know. I gave them a heads of before my 60 days, and of the months I can't move out. I finally got something back, and management was ignore most of the problems I had showed them *with picture evidence*. Even with pictures of evidence and listing the laws they
