The Highlands of Marshfield

Inquired at this complex for months in advance, property manager NEVER ANSWERS CALLS!!! Finally got a hold of him after being on waiting list since May after he said he would call me when an apartment became available... Now all of the sudden, he has just rented the ones that came available. NO CALL BACK TO UPDATE ME ON AVAILABILITY. SO DISAPPOINTING. There are very few nice options to rent in Marshfield so I was looking forward to this complex, but the communication from the property management is TERRIBLE! Dodged a bullet.

i was going to rent from highlands but they didn’t have anything open so Justin had told us about their sister property heritage estates. both great properties!!!

2 bedroom newly built apartments. Has only a single air conditioning unit (for the entire apartment) which is annoying. However the management is great and extremely responsive to feedback. Snow cleaning needs a little work on but expect that this is due to COVID-19 and worker issue.

While the apartments themselves are nice/new.... they screwed us over in the end and now we're paying for months after our lease has ended because there was no communication about the move-out process and they haven't filled the apartment. Overall, that really ruined/outweighed any positives here.

Very nice. The only thing that disturbs my Mom is that the dog owners are not picking up after themselves.
