Spoke to Jordan he seemed very nice at first thinking he could help us get pre approved did what I needed to do submitted all my documents he would say “ I will give you a call back later on today “ it’s almost 5 the time they close haven’t gotten no call back I go ahead and call him he says I’m going to go ahead and put everything together than tells me he will give me a call back tomorrow I go ahead and wait till almost 5 no call back received no update on anything I go ahead and give him a call makes up excuses than tells me he will go ahead and give me a call the next day again wait and wait no call back I called he’s in a meeting than I call before the end of the day no pick up VERY UNPROFESSIONAL I already knew he wouldn’t help us when he kept stalling to even talk to us if you want
