Normandy Green Apartments and Townhomes

I absolutely love living at Normandy Green Apartments! The community is always clean, well-organized, and peaceful. Maintenance is fantastic they respond quickly and always make sure everything is taken care of in a timely manner. Robin, our landlord, is truly amazing. She works hard every day to keep our neighborhood safe and running smoothly. You can tell she genuinely cares about the residents and wants everyone to feel happy and comfortable here. It’s a great place to call home, and I’m grateful to be part of this community!

Emily was amazing and enjoyed meeting with her. She made sure to go over in detail everything I needed to know about the application process and also answered all my questions about the community. I look forward to calling this community my home.

A lovely community. The office staff, Amanda and Robin are so helpful. They really try to get you want you want. I appreciate them both. However, if it snows, don’t expect any help with snow removal. The plow truck came once and pushed all the snow behind our cars. We had to shovel to make enough clearance to drive. The sidewalks and parking lots become your problem. You will need a snow shovel and salt living here. Try having disabilities and having to shovel 10+ inches of snow. I don’t believe that the manager here has any say in the situation. But, I will say their parking lot and sidewalks were cleared and safe for them.

Love living here they are so nice and they try to work with ya. I love robin for how she helps maintain the rules but also helps ya out and works with ya and Emily on how happy she always is and caring

Robin has been awesome through the entire process of our apartment search and move-in. She is super knowledgeable and helpful about what is needed. Whenever we had questions, she had answers. The community is very nice, and so far all of the neighbors we have met have been pleasant. The apartments are spacious and in good condition. When we toured the place, it was an immediate "yes" for us, from the friendliness of the staff, and the cleanliness and new feeling of the three different units that were open that we toured, to the on-site gym and pool, all of our boxes were checked. If you're apartment hunting, I definitely recommend checking them out.
