Worst Managment company there is out there in order for me to get in contact with them I had to go to the better business bureau. I have been living with cockroach since I have moved in and when I asked them about it they either have no answer or and I quote will say this “I’m not going to answer that” I would recommend staying away if you want a stress free Environment where speaking with management isn’t like speaking to your math teacher who doesn’t care about their job. please stay away and leave a review if you see this and have had similar experiences this is not acceptable.

The apartment is nice and in an excellent location. This is the only way the management company survives. More than once they have had people park in our assigned parking spot. They criticized us when we moved in and they turn the phones off when the building’s heat malfunctions. Nordblum sucks. Hope the pipes don’t freeze tonight.

We were resident in their building at 1401 Beacon Str for more than two years. Enjoyed the location, quality of the unit in all front, and had a great experience with the companies excellent service and maintenance care.
