No Ho Arts Apartments

its TERRIBLE!!!! the vicinity i would give a 6.5/10. let me start off with the building itself, if you drive a car an park in he garage good luck getting to your car when the elevator is down or tied up which is damn near every day! thats the only way to get to your car besides the parking garage clicker, no stairs either just outside doors with locks that no one has the keys to. The apartment manager is useless!!! She clearly has her hours of operation listed on her office door but its funny because you can never find her when you need her. The way you pay for laundry in the building is by prepaid cards, the machine is in her office which she is never there so you can see my frustration! The other day i had a random woman knock on my door trying to sell tortillas...........really this

Its great! The reason why is because the people around it are nice and friendly and its a quiet place there so people that like a place with less noise this place is for you. I recommend you cheek this place out!
