Leasing office staff has abysmal customer service. They have a new BS excuse for any issue you go to them to resolve. But of course they will tell you exactly what u want to hear so that you sign a lease. Infested with roaches all year long and gnats/ drain flies during the summer because vacant units sit uninhabitable, trashed and damaged until you sign your lease. If you don’t believe me, have a walk through the property on your own before you go in to the home they call the leasing office. You’ll see some of what I mean through the broken windows and doors. Dirty and moldy sidings of the exterior of each building. They will do a quick makeover only AFTER you sign. Don’t expect thorough repairs, cleaning or cosmetic work though. Even after you move in. I can confidently say that the management has significantly improved compared to when I previously lived at this complex. The current manager, Mrs. Diaz, is highly professional and handles matters in a timely manner. It is clear that she genuinely cares about her role and the community.

They didn’t inform residents they SWITCHED MANAGEMENT AND RENT PORTALS AGAIN for the 20th time causing a lot of residents to be late. The old portal is down and we didn’t know. That was a ploy to get extra late fees from residents .They said they left a notice on the door. I ASKED 34 AND NO ONE GOT THAT NOTICE .Management said regardless if we got it or not , they need a check or money order or late fee. Few people have checkbooks now days and no time to go get a money order before the office close. Some residents are disabled and can’t move about .But management gets a hundred dollars extra for their own mistake that they acknowledged they made. And to be clear rent is due by the 5th and I pay it on the 5th every month. So now anyone that pays on the 5th this month is penalized.Lucki

I feel right at home here! The hospitality at the leasing office is exceptional. Ms. Tracy and Ms. Gail are amazing—always friendly, helpful, and attentive to my needs. Their dedication truly makes a difference in the community. Highly recommend!
